UIS Volleyball Pink Night

On Friday night the women’s volleyball team hosted their annual breast cancer awareness game, the ladies wear a pink jersey and the whole crowd is encouraged to dress up in pink also. The cheerleading team was out in force also painting people’s faces at the door and handing out prizes. The game had a speaker at half time to talk about her experience which was very moving for the crowd. The night was made even better when the team won in four sets, taking their first conference win of the season. The girls are back on track again now after beating Maryville on Saturday and sweeping the weekend.
