UIS Shows Signs of (Student) Life

It’s basketball season again at the University of Illinois Springfield. This past week, both the men and women took home commanding wins against Robert Morris University, and they had plenty of support from the student body.
 An estimate from UIS Athletics puts student attendance at around 200. This is all part of an ongoing effort by the Athletics department and Student Life to engage the campus community.Students had plenty to be excited about, as the women won 89 to 22 and the men 100 to 60. The Prairie Stars look to continue their success this Saturday against the Kentucky State Thorobreds.
